Bears are made made with clothing supplied by you. They are filled with a soft filling making your bear huggable. Bears have safety eyes and safety noses. Baby clothing cannot be used at this time. Each bear is hand sewn closed.

Upon ordering you will receive a message with directions to ship clothing items. Tracking must be provided to us. We will ship your Custom Memory Bear and unused clothing upon finishing.

• Shipping via UPS or FedEx is preferred for tracking and reliability.
  
• USPS is accepted, but just know things tend to move slower and tracking isn’t always dependable.
  
• Please make sure garments clean and clearly labeled if you're sending multiple items for multiple bears.
  

3. Let Me Do the Magic

As soon as your package hits my doorstep, I get to work. Every animal is handcrafted by me—no outsourcing, no factory line. Just one pair of hands, a whole lot of heart, and the experience that comes from stitching thousands of stories together.

• Standard turn around is 2-3 weeks, but I’ll update you if I’m running ahead (or behind).
  
• If you have a specific date or occasion in mind—tell me up front. I’ll do my best to make it happen.
  

4. Your Memory Animal Comes Home

You’ll get your animal shipped back to you, carefully packaged and ready to be hugged, gifted, or displayed. Shipping is via UPS or FedEx (with tracking, of course). If you have a shipping preference, just let me know when you order.

• Water and memory animals don’t mix. If it gets soaked, gently pat dry and air it out.
  
• These animals aren’t built for wrestling matches or teething sessions.
  
• When not on display, keep it somewhere cool, dry, and away from direct sunlight or pets.
